PRACTICING guitar is a great meditation tool itself. I’ve been playing guitar for more than 25 years but started meditation only lately. However I found myself quite advanced in it because all those hours of focused practice (noodling around on guitar won’t do, it has to be focused) were actually hours of meditation.
